We work with local agents to source excess productions of premium leathers from larger brands that would otherwise be discarded or resold. Instead of producing brand new materials, we search for perfectly good resources that already exist.

Because of the reclaimed process, we sometimes only have enough of a specific colour to make a few pairs.

Sometimes the leathers will have subtle natural scuffs or marks. We've chosen these deliberately because we believe imperfections create beauty and make each item unique.

The Slipper is nearly zero drop as the footbed naturally moulds and compresses with your body weight to level the toes/heel.

It is not 'barefoot' as the outsole provides a very comfortable cushioning, yet it feels like you're walking barefoot upon the softest footbed.

Oson shoes are designed for the minimalist wanting effortless comfort via natural materials.

Shipping

We offer free worldwide standard shipping.

All orders are shipped from Ericeira, Portugal.

EU: Standard delivery in 2-3 business days.

Rest of World: 5-9 business days.

Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, with the exception of holidays. The courier will attempt delivery at the address provided in your order. In the event of a failed delivery, you will be notified of a local pick up location.

Taxes & Duties for International Orders

Your country’s customs office may impose additional charges on your shipment: import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs), and/or taxes.

Orders below a certain value may not be subject to duties, in some countries.

Returns

You can return any purchased online item within 14 days from the date of delivery.

1. Return Terms & Conditions:

• Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of wear. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
• Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories received with the order.
• Returns sent at Oson's expense will be refused and sent back at sender’s charge.

2. Return Instructions:
To submit a return request, please contact us.

• Return shipping costs are at Customer’s charge, Oson does not provide free returns and/or shipping labels at this time. It is possible to return the items with any carrier of your choice. The return shipping costs are excluded from refunds.
• Returns must be shipped within 14 days from the order’s delivery date.

3. Options After Return:
All returns will be processed within 10 business days since the return is delivered to our warehouse.

• Size exchange  - The same item can be exchanged for a different size. The size replacement is subject to availability which will be verified at the time of the return processing. If your original order colour/item is not available it is possible to exchange for a different one or change the colour, based on availability.
  
• Refund on Payment Method - As soon as the return is processed, customers will receive a refund for the total value of the returned items (shipping/return shipping costs and Customs fees are excluded as stated above). Refunds can be issued exclusively on the payment method used for the purchase as per EU Directive. The availability of the refunded amount depend on the bank, usually not longer than 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Please take into account any exchange rate between different currencies, any differences cannot be refunded.
  

Customers will be responsible for the return package and its content until it reaches our warehouse. Oson will not be responsible for damaged/lost packages shipped from customers' couriers.

We recommend protecting each Oson product with a premium nubuck/suede protective spray.

Shoes and sandals

They will form to fit your feet. Make sure your toes are at the very front. At first, it should feel snug but give them 1-2 days and they will softly mould to you and fit like a glove.

Due to the natural dyeing process, in rare instances some colour transfer may occur in the very beginning.

Bags

Due to the natural dyeing process some colour transfer may occur with wet clothes. Just throw those in a waterproof bag and you're golden.
