We collect personal data from our clients and website visitors..
Regarding our clients we collect, retain and may process the following general data: name, phone number, email, address, tax number.
In regards to online visitors, Oson may collect information on the browser and type of computer used, as well as technical information on how the visitors connect to the website.
Some ID and financial data is mandatory in order to contract us or needed to comply with legal obligations (i.e. fiscal). Therefore, by choosing not to provide us such information, we will not be able to render our services.
Storage & Protection of Data
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. This site provides us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.
Once collected, personal data will be processed and stored electronically via Shopify's data warehouse, databases and Shopify's general application. This stores data on a secure firewall protected server.
The data shall be stored and stored only for the minimum period necessary for the pursuit of the purposes that motivated its collection or subsequent processing, as defined by law.

Payment Data
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data. This is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only stored for as long as it takes to complete your purchase transaction. After you complete the purchase, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
